How do I contact customer service?

Is all festival programming appropriate for children/ families?
Yes, all Fall for Dance North programming is family-friendly, however, please reference the programme Event Page for specific content warnings.

Where can I view the full festival schedule?
The full festival schedule is available on our website homepage with a Program view or Calendar view.

I would like to support the festival and make a larger gift, how can I do that?
All gifts are very much appreciated and every gift helps us continue to be able to offer world class programming at affordable pricing. Please see our donation webpage or contact Melissa Forstner, FFDN’s Director of Advancement and Philanthropy at: melissa@ffdnorth.com All donations over $15.00 will receive a charitable tax receipt. You may also add on donations at point of ticket purchase. Thank you! 

How do I get to the performance venue?
Comprehensive directions to each performance venue are included on the Plan Your Visit page.  

Where can I find accessibility information about the venue/performance?
Accessibility information for each venue is available on the Venue Accessibility page. Details are also listed on the Plan your Visit page within each performance listing. If you have further accessibility questions, please contact tickets@ffdnorth.com or phone 416-907-5933.

What happens if I am late to the performance? 
Front of House may let you into the performance at an appropriate break. Each performance may have its own latecomer policy so please be sure to arrive to the venue early. In some cases late seating may be on an upper level to ensure less disruption for the performance. Please ensure cell phones are turned off when entering. 

How long will the performance(s) be?
Performances in each venue may vary in length. Details on each program can be found on the respective event pages.

What are the accessibility options available?
Fall For Dance North is committed to being a barrier-free festival that is inclusive for people of all abilities - including visitors, staff, volunteers and performers. TICKETING

Do I need to create a Ticketmaster account to buy tickets?
You do not need a separate Ticketmaster account, but you will need to set up a TO Live ticketing account. FFDN 2024 tickets are being sold via our box office partner TO Live through Ticketmaster.  You will need an active TO Live account to make a purchase.  For the best experience, please make sure your payment method is up to date.

How do I buy tickets to more than one performance in the festival?
The easiest way to book multiple tickets is to select a package. This year you have two festival package options:

Superfan Package = access to all programs and activities at a 40% discount. 5 mainstage performances with the option to add on programs.

Flex Package = select your own package combination of tickets and receive 20% off.

Alternatively, tickets can be purchased individually by adding your tickets to your cart, going to your cart and selecting "Continue Shopping" until you are ready to checkout.

Where do I enter my promo code?
You will be able to enter your promotional code during your ticket purchase. A pop up window may appear in order to help you navigate to the appropriate section depending on which device you are logged into (mobile, laptop, desktop etc.)

If I make a donation during check-out, will I receive a charitable receipt?
Thank you for your support! Yes, all donations over $15.00 will receive a charitable receipt. Your receipt will be emailed to you separately from FFDN before the end of the year.

How will my tickets be delivered?
Tickets are available as electronic e-tickets (which you can either print at home, or present on your mobile device at the door), by mail (for an additional fee, based on method of delivery and delivery speed) or you can request to have them available for pickup at Will Call.

Will fees be added to my order?
Yes, there are some small service fees per ticket, which will be added to your purchase at the time of sale. There will also be an overall order fee and all purchases will include the addition of 13% HST.

What should I do if I would like to purchase tickets for a group of 10 or more?

For Group purchases of 10 tickets or more, please contact admin@ffdnorth.com in order to access a discount code.

What is your policy on refunds and exchanges?
We understand the need for flexibility during this time. To reschedule a ticket, request a refund or donate your ticket amount to FFDN please contact customer service at boxoffice@tolive.com or call 416-366-7723 | 1-800-708-6754.
